Pastoral Care at MCCN.
At MCC Newcastle we hope that every person feels welcome and cared about. We offer pastoral care in a variety of ways:
Through Listening Lunches and our Congregational
Care Co-ordinator
Listening lunches are an opportunity for caring and sharing over lunch with our Congregational Care Co-ordinator, Kate. She is also available to offer one-to-one support.
Listening Lunches take place once a month on a Monday at the Age Concern Cafe, Mea House, Newcastle-upon-Tyne from 12 noon to 2pm.

Through Friendship Care
Often people talk to their friends first if they have a problem or concern.
Through the Pastor and other Church leaders
There are many wise and experienced people at MCC Newcastle who can offer a listening ear
Through Signposting
Sometimes we might not be the best people to help you through a certain situation, but we have links with many other organisations and will be able to point you towards the right kind of support.
Through Prayer
If you would like thePrayer Ministry Teamto pray for you, you can email us or fill out a prayer request card and put it in the offering plate on a Sunday evening. You can also ask for one-to-one prayer on a Sunday evening with one of our church leaders.
